Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of financial systems projects
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and priorities
Identify risks and issues that could impact project success and develop plans to mitigate them
Provide guidance and support to team members, including functional and technical resources
Monitor project progress and report on status to senior leadership
Skills
Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Expertise in Oracle functional modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
